Shipping policy

1. Fulfillment Timeline: Standard orders require 5–10 business days for processing and inspection before leaving our warehouse.

2. Local Delivery (Within 50 Miles): We offer professional local delivery with Moffett mechanical offloading. This service is designed for job site convenience and is provided for all orders within our 50-mile local radius.

3. National Freight & "Request a Quote": Due to the specialized nature of our materials and the volatility of freight markets, shipping for lumber is handled as follows:

• Accessories: Standard parcel items are calculated at checkout.
• Lumber & Wood Products: All wood items, regardless of length (6' to 24'), ship via Flatbed Freight to prevent damage.
• The Quote Process: Shipping for wood products is not charged at checkout. Instead, your order will be submitted as a "Request for Quote." Our logistics team will calculate the most competitive flatbed rate based on your specific tally and destination, then send a final shipping invoice for approval.

4. Mandatory Customer Offloading: National freight carriers do not provide mechanical offloading. By placing an order, the customer agrees to provide a forklift or personnel to offload the material at the time of delivery. Failed deliveries due to lack of equipment will result in re-delivery fees.
