REFUND POLICY

At Coastal Building Supply, we provide professional-grade materials for demanding projects. Because our inventory includes oversized lumber and specialized building components, our return policy ensures the quality and safety of the products we provide.


1. Eligibility Window & Options

We offer returns on select items within 30 days of purchase. Eligible returns may be processed for:

  • Refund to original payment method
  • Store credit
  • Equal-value exchange

2. Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • All wood products
  • All synthetic decking
  • Discounted or clearance items

3. Return Conditions for Accessories

Returns are accepted only for interior and exterior accessories if:

  • Items are unopened and in original packaging
  • Items show no visible signs of use

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.


4. How to Initiate a Return

Email admin@coastalbuilding.com with your order details.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance.


5. Refunds & Processing

Refunds are issued after inspection. Processing may take up to 14 business days.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

All deliveries must be inspected upon receipt. Any damage or shortages must be noted on the Bill of Lading and reported within 24 hours.
